    Responsibilities
     
    • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data. 
    • Ensure all payroll statutory requirements are compliant.
    • Ensure security, confidentiality and integrity of personnel information is maintained at all times.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll payments are made to employees in accordance with the relevant agreements, legislation and policies.
    • Ensure all taxation requirements and corporate policies are complied with.
    • Prepares report by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages.
    • Analyse payroll system and identify improvement areas and ways in which to optimize Company’s use of payroll system
    • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting metrics and safety as well any other requested reporting.
    • Perform other job/assignment as require.
     
    Requirements
     
    • Minimum 2 years working experience in Payroll of salary administration
    • Computer literacy. 
    • Good Excel Skills such as vlookup, pivot table and etc
    • Must possess good communication and problem-solving skills
    • Applicants must be able to work independently and, in a team, be willing to take the initiative, work under pressure and with a variety of people and organizations
    • Experience with multi-national firms would be an advantage.
